Selena has 20 years of experience in energy efficiency and construction project management, strategic planning, leadership, process improvement, and innovation. She has built and managed teams ranging from three to sixty and continues to mentor professionals at all levels of the energy efficiency industry, from entry-level to business owners. At ERTHE, Selena leads the team providing administration, implementation, and strategic consulting services for utility and clean energy clients.

Lydia has over 25 years of experience in project management, business financials and operations, and corporate systems and processes. Her specialty is providing time-sensitive operational support, such as developing standard operating procedures for a company transitioning into the lead role for a state-wide program. At ERTHE, Lydia provides consulting services to private commercial clients, specializing in spin-off and start-up operations and critical system re-alignment or retirement.

Anna has over 14 years of experience in the energy and sustainability industries, including program administration, management, trade ally network optimization, and marketing strategy and process. She excels at providing strategic-level guidance and support to our partners and clients to address custom needs, with a focus on market insights and positioning. This includes rapidly understanding challenges, crafting and deploying elegant solutions, and working with clients to ensure those solutions meet their needs. At ERTHE, Anna manages custom services for our utility and clean energy clients, applying her talent of creative problem solving to help our clients succeed in areas with unclear goals and extra complexity.

Bryan has over 15 years of experience leading teams to develop and administer large utility-funded programs, integrate software, and engage end-use customers in the clean energy sector. He has specific experience working with utilities, Information Technology vendors, and software developers to address strategic challenges related to cybersecurity, call center operations, program data management, and customer service. At ERTHE, Bryan manages projects for our utility and clean energy clients, leverages mapping software to provide insights, and fosters strategic partnerships.

Neb’s 17 years of experience spans both utility-side leadership and consulting program delivery, allowing him to operate fluently at the intersection of vision, execution, and client success. His career has organically progressed from engineering design and energy auditing to operations and portfolio administration, implementation, and consulting. At ERTHE, Neb manages projects for our utility and clean energy clients, ranging from strategic consulting to effectively administering programs and portfolios.

Alexis has 15 years of experience in the energy and sustainability industries. She is a proven performer in driving growth in untapped markets while overseeing daily business operations of existing programs. She excels at creating collaborative environments and managing teams to achieve business goals. At ERTHE, Alexis manages projects for our utility and clean energy clients, focusing on strategic assessment, selection of potential options, program design, launch and continued implementation, and client management.

Rekha has more than 10 years of experience as an urban planner and sustainability champion. Her extensive skills in design, development, spatial planning, problem-solving, research, and data analysis enhance our team’s capabilities. She excels at crafting visualizations using powerful data analysis software, enabling clients and their teams to easily understand program and portfolio performance. At ERTHE, Rekha utilizes her attention to detail to provide our utility and clean energy clients with robust data analysis and high-quality results, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and client dashboards.
